Who we are

Peter Bolan & Associates Pty. Ltd. is a Surveying company based in Sydney, Australia. It was formed in 1986 to provide a complete surveying service to private enterprise and government bodies. The company has two registered surveyors and support staff.

In January, 1997, Peter Bolan and Associates Pty Ltd incorporated Loomes Consulting Surveyors in order to carry out Engineering Design.

Loomes Consulting Surveyors holds accreditation from The Institution of Surveyors NSW Inc. and The Association of Consulting Surveyors NSW Inc. to carry out:
  • Urban Road Design (U1)
  • Urban Drainage Design (U2)
  • On-Site Detention & Drainage Design (D2)

Memberships

Peter Bolan & Associates Pty Ltd provides survey services with the approval of the Board of Surveyors, New South Wales and is a member of the Association of Consulting Surveyors Australia.
Both Registered Surveyors are members of the Institution of Surveyors, New South Wales Incorporated.

What we've done

We have a wide range of Surveying experience including:
  • Set out for construction for individual houses and multi storey buildings.
  • Survey and preparation of plans for Sydney City Council City Projects of roads witin the Sydney Local Government Area at various locations including Darlinghurst, Surry Hills, Ultimo, Chippendale Kings Cross and The Rocks.
  • Preparation of Flood Management Plans for Gosford City Council utilising information collected by field survey and additional data provided by the client. Survey control for mapping at various scales for the mining industry in New South Wales, South Australia and Queensland.
  • CAD detail survey of the plant layout at the Street's Ice Cream Factory at Turrella.
  • Preliminary detail survey for initial planning and Development Consent including Environmental and Planning Court Appeals, road and drainage strategy and design and set out for construction for Retirement Villages at Wahroonga, Cromer, Bayview and Empire Bay.
  • Deviation of Canterbury Road, Railway Parade and Glenfield Road, Glenfield including the surveys for the design of one roundabout and railway overbridge.
  • Subdivision for the creation of titles to land resumed by the Sydney Cove Redevelopment Authority within the Rocks Area, Sydney.
  • Various subdivisions for the State Rail Authority for their asset sale program.
  • Consolidation survey for Sydney Ports Corporation at White Bay and Port Botany.
  • Surveys for the renewal of railway underbridges and overbridges, including track realignment and deviation at Kyogle, Bangalow, Taree, Kempsey, Walgett, Lindfield, Waverton and other sites.
  • Setting out for deep excavation for construction of extension to Supa Centa Carpark at Moore Park.
